Company history
I started this enterprise in July 2009 to help out those
computer users who are having issues that are keeping them
from having a great experience with their
PC.
My name is Kurt Roesener and I have
over 10 years experience with computer trouble-shooting and I
will be glad to look into why your computer isn't
behaving.
I have worked at such places as Sony, Intuit Software,
University of San Diego and The UpperDeck Company. I
have learned the bulk of my knowledge by getting
hands on experience in demanding roles from Helpdesk
Support, System Integrator and Technical Support
Specialist. I will put that knowledge to work for
you.
